Health & Wellbeing

RPC Dundee is the ideal venue choice to integrate health and wellbeing into a meeting or conference. With a wide range of sports facilities on site, organisers can provide a range of flexible activity and relaxation options and the extensive parkland grounds provide an ideal path network to encourage walk and talk sessions. There are designated bike storage areas to encourage active travel and there are trained first aiders on-site.

Caird Park was formally opened to the public on 27 October 1920, by Mrs Marryat, sister of Sir James Caird, the local benefactor who bough the ruined estate in 1912.  The park includes Mains Castle and Den o’Mains.  The park is ideal for active recreation and walking.  The wooden den provides habitat for red squirrels, orchids and kingfishers.  Other paths take visitors to see old oak avenues and grand old copper beaches.
