Welcome to V&A Dundee
An awe-inspiring symbol of Scotland's rich design heritage and world-class innovation, the landmark 8,000 sq m building by the River Tay's vibrant waterfront was designed by award-winning architects Kengo Kuma & Associates.
Our commitment to accessibility
V&A Dundee was built as an accessible venue with two accessible lifts, a Changing Places WC and Quiet Room on Level 1, hearing loops at the welcome desk, hearing loop in auditorium (only for audio processed by speakers, and talk tour mic and receivers for guided talks.

Everything went great on the day, and I think everyone had a good time too! The venue was really lovely, it's been a few years since I've been - last time there was a restaurant set up where the gift shop was, so it was very different this time but great to see.
