The Dundee Conference Village map shows venues within a 15-minute walk from the Caird Hall. Each pin on the map gives more information about each location. You can use the map to decide on your conference village perimeter based on your conference size and needs. This project is the result of a collaborative effort between Dundee City Region Convention Bureau, Abertay University and our Partners aimed at enhancing your experience in exploring Dundee as a premier conference destination.
Supporting Partners
There is a strong support structure in place for individuals and organisations considering bidding for, and hosting, national or international meetings through the experience of the Dundee City Region Convention Bureau and a network of professional industry partners. The Bureau work closely with the region’s leading academic institutions to include University of Dundee, Abertay University, The James Hutton Institute, NHS Tayside, and University of St Andrews to attract progressive events which showcase pioneering, creative and innovative thinking, and our dynamic environment through our Pathfinder Partnership Programme and to support any events looking to host their meeting in the region.
Delegate Travel
Dundee is conveniently located and easily accessible. It is just a 90-minute drive from 90% of Scotland's population. You can fly into Dundee airport from London Heathrow or choose to fly into any of the international airports in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow and then travel to Dundee by road or rail.
Fly, offers a non-stop coach service between Dundee and Edinburgh Airport every 90 minutes. In addition there are coach services from Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Glasgow with Flixbus and Ember (Edinburgh and Glasgow only).

Delegate and Speaker Accommodation
Dundee City and the surrounding region offer over 3,000 available bedrooms, with more than 1,000 within a 15-minute walk of the city centre. A wide variety of lodging options are available to conference attendees, including hotels, serviced apartments, student accommodation, and hostels, to suit all budgets.
The Dundee City Region Convention Bureau offers a free online booking service that allows conference attendees to book their accommodation at favourable rates and cancel up to 48 hours before arrival without any charges.
The cost per room per night ranges from £40.00 to £150.00.
