This year the Realistic Medicine Team in Tayside, in collaboration with Person Centred Leadership Group will be holding a one-day Realistic Care 2022 conference focussing on the importance of Person-Centred care. This includes the impact of this important aspect of care on not only our patients but also the wider impact on our staff, and the wider system.
We have invited speakers from different backgrounds and disciplines who have led and been involved in person-centred projects to come and showcase their work. Along with workshops in key areas of developing a person-centred approach to aid improvement within your service, this should improve your understanding and confidence in this key area.
This is a multi-disciplinary conference, and we are keen to have discussions and learning across specialties, interfaces and professions. The Conference is open to a wide audience, including all clinical professions, patients, carers, social care staff, voluntary organisations, academics and students.
Realistic Care 2022 is now fully booked.
If you find that you are no longer able to attend, please contact TAY.improvementacademy@nhs.scot as soon as possible to allow us to offer your place to someone else.
