The international p53/p63/p73 isoforms workshop in cancer and ageing:
5th International p53 Isoforms Meeting and 10th International p63/p73 Workshop on 10 June - 13 June 2025
We are delighted to announce that the International p53/p63/p73 Isoforms Workshop in Cancer and Ageing: 5th International p53 Isoforms Meeting and 10th International p63/p73 Workshop (p53Dundee2025) will be held in Dundee, Scotland, United Kingdom, from 10th to 13th June 2025.
In this wonderful and convivial environment that stimulates the exchange of ideas and collaborations, leading scientists and clinicians from around the globe will convene to present and discuss the most recent and exciting findings about p53 family isoforms. Over the past five years, ground-breaking clinical and genetic studies have reshaped, expanded, and demonstrated the pivotal roles of splice variants (isoforms) of the p53 gene family in cancer, ageing, neurodegeneration, immune response, and metabolism. Far from being a peripheral curiosity, the isoforms of the p53 gene family are now recognised as central players in all p53-regulated biological processes.
We are on the brink of a new era in p53 research. Insights into the mechanisms of these isoforms are opening up new exciting avenues for the diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment of cancer, neurodegeneration, and other age-related diseases.
We believe that the organisation of The international p53/p63/p73 isoforms workshop is timely to discuss the rapidly growing developments in the field and to foster new collaborations among scientists, clinicians and pharmaceutical companies.
You are cordially invited to actively participate in the conference by submitting abstracts for oral or poster presentation. We have allocated many slots for oral presentations from selected abstracts, and poster presenters will be offered the chance to give flash presentations.
We look forward to seeing you in Dundee in June 2025.

Launched in 2021, GreenSkies is Loganair’s sustainability initiative, which sets out how the company will achieve its ambitious target of becoming net zero by 2040. One part of the initiative is a small mandatory charge as part of every fare; with funds then invested in internationally accredited carbon offset schemes to take the same amount of carbon out of the atmosphere that each flight produces. While the carbon offsetting programme is the first step, Loganair have also been engaging with leading aerospace and technology companies to ensure we can have the systems we need to achieve our carbon-neutral goal.
