Dear Colleagues, 

We have made the very difficult decision to cancel the meeting planned for Dundee in June.

We have received less than 20 bookings for the meeting, and it is simply not economically viable to proceed at that level. I am sorry to be the bearer of such disappointing news. I am also hugely grateful to colleagues at Dundee for the work that they have put in to setting up the meeting and organising the agenda.

For those who have booked, please note the following guidance re refunds of hotel accommodation:

If you have booked accommodation through the official accommodation portal no monies will have been taken at the time of booking; however, it is vital that delegates cancel their accommodation as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation charges. You can do this by clicking the link on your reservation confirmation email or contacting the accommodation team:

If you have requested payment by pro-forma invoice, you must contact the hotel directly to arrange a refund.

Once again, I am really sorry that we have had to make this call.
